With those stats you should be able to reach into the late 30s or early 40s tanking the stuns. The issue is she needs a way to heal up so you'll need Lifesteal gear and good RNG on Warmaster procs.

While Relentless is great, it is impossible to speed tune teams with it, thus I find I like fast Doompriest more. Definitely still viable. I use her in cb on 1:1 speeds to make my speed tune affinity friendly. If she is built fast, she is decent in hydra. Constant heals and cleanses really help with all the fears, provokes and poisons.
